| Release of Liability: Every person on the DairyLand MX L.L.C. property must sign a release of liability waiver or you’ll be considered a trespasser. We do not furnish rider medical insurance. Although, insurance can be obtained if enough riders request it. Minors must have release signed by parent or guardian. Louisiana Law: Under Louisiana Law, a motorized off-road vehicle activity sponsor or motorized off-road vehicle professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in a motorized off-road vehicle activity resulting from the inherent risk of the motorized off-road vehicle activity, pursuant to R.S. 9:2795.3. & R.S 9:3795.4. | Track and Ground Rules: For the safety and enjoyment of all of our riders, family members and friends, DairyLand MX L.L.C. has implemented the following rules and regulations. To keep this an enjoyable experience, we ask for your cooperation abiding by the guidelines. Be Safe Ride, Watch and Have Fun!! Golf Cart/Pit Bike riding to and from pit/parking area, at a safe speed, less than 5 mph. Riding Rules: We require helmet, goggles, racing shirt and pants, gloves, and boots for all riders. See this link to “Requirements to Ride and Race." Race Requirements Pit riding to and from track, (1st gear only). We will be monitoring speed. Keep off sides of jumps and berms, please. Enter and Exit Track in the designated areas. 3 Strike Rule is in Place |
| Ground Rules: Park only in designated areas. Please discard waste in proper containers. (We will be monitoring ) Please ask for trash bags and PLEASE don't throw cigarette butts on the ground. Respect DairyLand MX and we'll respect you!!! No glass containers. This will keep our riders and their families safe from broken glass. 10:00 p.m. is quiet time. No loud music. Respect your fellow riders. Persons exhibiting unruly behavior will be removed from the premises. Wristbands must be worn at all times. If you lose your wristband, you will have to purchase another one. |
